Do you carry PAL-formatted videos?
No. CIVITAS does not carry the PAL format.

How do I know if you've received my order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Civitas.org with your order number. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is possible that you entered an incorrect email address in your order. In this case, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Form to verify your email address. (See "contact us" topic from left menu.) Once you receive an email confirmation of your order, please keep your order number handy. Having your order number will allow you to request the status of your order online and will greatly assist us should you have any questions about your order.
