Requesting status of an order
You can request the status of your order at any time by using the status request form (below, this page) and entering your email address, your order number, and name.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please notify a customer service representative via the Contact Form (under "contact us" topic in left menu). We will submit your cancellation request as soon as possible. To expedite your request, please provide us with your order number and the title(s) you wish to cancel.
Modifying an Order Already Placed
It is very important to verify your order information before clicking "Submit Order," on the order "Checkout" page, because the only information we can change after you've placed an order is your email address. We cannot add to or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
If you have made an error while ordering, please cancel your order with us as soon as possible and place a new one with the appropriate corrections online.
CIVITAS Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for your money back.
Please follow these simple instructions:
- Place merchandise in the original shipping box or package. If you have discarded the original shipping carton, you may return your order in any kind of packaging that protects the video (i.e., padded envelope, box).
- Include the original invoice (keep a copy for your records).
- On the back of the packing slip, indicate the reason you are returning the merchandise (damaged product, not what you expected)

C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. For quantity returns, please contact your corporate or institutional sales representative.
Refunds
CIVITAS will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. Shipping & handling and return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to a defective video or an error on our part.
Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to your address within seven days. |
